debates about the progress of science as: “What are the limits of cloning?” or
"The human race is it in danger with the possibility for future parents to
choose their child's features?" (=La race humaine est-elle en danger avec la possibilité pour les future parents de choisir les futures caractéristiques de leur enfant) that we saw with the article "design your
baby ".

The paragraph is full of mistakes ! First of all , you can't strat a sentence with 'but' .. However the santence make no sense ! You can write instead : The scientific progress can be seriously dangerous if it was used wrongly , Therefor it should be controlled by government laws . In addition , in the second sentance it should be are instead of is because many is plural . I liked your ideas though ! Good effort :)
