il y a une formule mathématique sous forme de fonction :

on a x la température réelle et y la température ressentie, on calcule y = 1,4 x - 8

si x = 3 on a y =  (1,4 * 3 ) - 8 = 4,2 - 8 = - 3,8

si x = -5 on a y = ( 1,4 * -5 ) - 8 = -7 - 8 = - 15

si x = 7 on a y =  ( 1,4 * 7 ) - 8 = 9,8 - 8 = 1,8

si y = 6 on a 1,4x - 8 = 6

soit 1,4x = 8 + 6 = 14

soit x = 14 / 1,4 = 10
