I think this sentence has a deep sense because it means that if a human hasn't any problems in his life or trials, he has nothing to tell others or nothing to be proud of.

When he'll fall asleep he'll not think of his past and it's sad for a man to not have problems. If we don't have any problems we don't have any history this is how I think.
